We want you happy with your transfers. Here’s how returns work in plain English.

Custom print products

DTF gang sheets and custom transfers are printed to your file. That means we generally can’t accept returns because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the design doesn’t look how you hoped after pressing.

If we made a mistake

If something arrives damaged, wrong size vs what you ordered, or clearly misprinted on our end, contact us with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right — reprint or refund — once we confirm the issue.

File issues

We print what you send. Low-resolution art, wrong format, or designs that don’t press well because of fine detail aren’t grounds for a free reprint. See the product page file requirements before you upload.

Finished tees / catalog items

For non-custom apparel, contact us within a reasonable window if an item arrives defective or incorrect. Unworn items with tags may be eligible case-by-case — ask us; don’t assume a blanket return window.
