We print your files exactly as submitted • Files must be PNG format with a transparent background • Artwork must be at least 300 DPI • Do not mirror your design — our system automatically does this for you • Blurry images will result in blurry prints (see upscale feature when uploading design) • Very small text or fine details in your design may not cure & adhere properly

Print timing

Same-day print goal: orders with print-ready files in by 5pm CST Mon–Fri (excluding holidays) are prioritized for same-day print when capacity allows. Timing restarts if files are missing, unreadable, or need fixes. Shipping time is separate from print time.
